MTHONJANENI MUNICIPALITY
OVERSIGHT ON ANNUAL REPORT 2018/2019
Notice is hereby given in terms of Section 21a of the Local Government Systems Act, No
32 of 2000, read with section 129 (3) of the Municipal Finance Management Act, No 56 of
2003, that the Mthonjaneni Municipality’s Council at its meeting held on 23 March 2020
adopted the Annual Report for the 2018/2019 Financial year.
Documents are now available for inspection at the Municipal offices, 41 Symmonds Street
Melmoth and also on the municipal website: www.mthonjaneni.org.za.
